See below on how to gather and send logs to Laplink Support
Depending on the issue you are having you will be asked by our Tech Support team to one or both of the following processes:
1. Enable logs within PCmover:
2. Collect Journal files for PCmover:
Once you have the items requested our Tech Support team will ask you to either upload or email the data depending on the size.
Please open a chat at our direct support site: http://www.laplink.com/contact/ (choose the link 'Chat with an Expert' on the lower right hand side corner of the page). Make sure no popup or ad blockers are enabled.
We can give you further instructions on how to send the logs/journal files to our support site.
